This cable is run up through the boat to the equipment location. The short adapter cable connects to the transducer cable at one end and to the equipment at the other end.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBoth parts are needed for an installation. If the user changes equipment brand at some later time, the transducer and its attached cable can be left in place and only the adapter cable needs to be replaced.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eNote that CHIRP Mix and Match cables cannot be used with conventional 50\/200kHz transducers.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe same cables are used for all CHIRP transducers irrespective of their power rating. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThis product may not be returned to the original point of purchase.
