Is Lotz Outdoors an authorized Bixpy dealer?

Yes — we are an authorized Bixpy dealer. Every motor, battery, and accessory ships with full manufacturer warranty support and direct access to Bixpy's customer service team.

What's the warranty on Bixpy motors and batteries?

Bixpy J-1, J-2, and K-1 motors carry a 1-year limited warranty. Outboard batteries (PP-378 & PP-768) are 1 year. Power Banks (PP-166 & PP-77) are 2 years. Adapters and accessories are 1 year. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for recreational use.

Can I use a Bixpy motor on any kayak or paddleboard?

Yes — Bixpy makes universal adapters for most kayaks, paddleboards, dinghies, and small craft. Pick the motor and battery combo you want, then add the adapter that fits your hull. Not sure which to pick? Call us at 925-222-LOTZ.

How do I file a Bixpy warranty claim?

Contact Bixpy customer service at 1-866-249-7910 before returning anything — they'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without prior arrangement won't be accepted. We can also help facilitate the claim — just reach out to Lotz Outdoors support and we'll coordinate with Bixpy on your behalf.

Can lithium batteries ship to my address?

Bixpy lithium-ion batteries ship ground-only via approved hazmat carriers in the continental US. We can't air-ship batteries or send them to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations. Motors and accessories ship anywhere we deliver.
