This state-of-the-art method wrings maximum performance out of the steel by reducing alloy segregation and ensuring a fine, homogenous microstructure. Proprietary to Spyderco, this high-performance blade material is renowned for its ability to get sticky sharp while balancing edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. This Native Chief Lightweight proudly showcases this elite steel in its full-flat-ground blade and further highlights it with a signature cobalt-blue FRN handle.
