Welcome to Lotz Outdoors. The following terms apply to all discount codes, promotional offers, and free shipping promotions offered on shop.lotzoutdoors.com. By using a discount code or placing an order during a promotion, you agree to these terms.

Free Economy Shipping Eligibility

Not all orders qualify for free economy shipping. The following items are excluded:

  • Heavy items exceeding standard carrier weight limits
  • Hazardous materials (HAZMAT), including ammunition, fuels, aerosols, and other regulated goods
  • Oversize items that require freight or special handling
  • Items shipped directly from select third-party suppliers or manufacturers

Orders containing excluded items will be charged applicable shipping fees at checkout. Shipping costs for these items are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.

Brand and Product Exclusions from Discount Codes

Certain brands and products are not eligible for discount codes, promotional offers, or sitewide sales. Excluded brands include but are not limited to:

  • DJI

Additional manufacturer-restricted brands may be excluded from discounts in accordance with Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Discount codes will not apply to excluded products at checkout.

General Discount Code Terms

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • One discount code per order.
  • Discount codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Discount codes may have expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or usage limits.
  • Lotz Outdoors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any discount code or promotional offer at any time without notice.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to prior orders.
  • Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, or previously purchased items.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders that violate these terms or appear fraudulent may be cancelled at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service.
