The ACR URC‑102 Master Controller is a replacement control unit built specifically for RCL‑50 and RCL‑100 marine searchlights, allowing you to operate the light from inside the cabin or at the helm. It manages power delivery to the searchlight, keeping output stable across 12V and 24V boat electrical systems so the beam stays bright when you need it most.

In practice, you can turn the light on or off, adjust how fast it pans side‑to‑side, and rely on XRCiZ to automatically return the beam forward when you let go of the control. This makes it easier to scan the water at night for swimmers, buoys, or docking points, then quickly return to a forward‑looking position without manually re‑aiming the light.

The controller can also manage up to six different functions, so beyond the searchlight it can operate auxiliary devices such as winches or other 12/24V marine equipment, consolidating control into a single panel‑mounted unit. The compact housing is meant for dash or console mounting, and the included in‑line connectors simplify wiring without requiring a coaxial cable run.

Note that the URC‑102 is designed for the RCL‑50 and RCL‑100 legacy searchlight series and is not compatible with the RCL 100‑LED model. As a replacement or upgrade controller, it fits into existing RCL‑50/RCL‑100 installations, helping restore or improve searchlight performance without rewiring the entire system.
