Marine electrical cable cap for insulating single stud connections on alternators, starters, windlasses, and other high-amperage termination points. Its red PVC construction helps cover exposed stud-type connectors for a cleaner, more protected installation.

This CableCap fits the Blue Sea Systems 4014 configuration, identified as red with a 1.25 to 0.70 stud range. It insulates single-stud connections used in common marine electrical applications, including alternators, starters, and windlasses. The PVC material provides an insulating cover around the connection. The cap is sized for 3/0 and 4/0 cable applications.

Insulates single stud-type connectors to help cover exposed electrical connection points.
Red PVC construction provides a visible insulating cover for marine electrical installations.
Designed for alternators, starters, windlasses, and other high-amperage devices.
Supports 3/0 and 4/0 cable applications for compatible stud connections.
Compact 0.07 lb construction adds minimal weight to an electrical assembly.

Use the Blue Sea Systems 4014 CableCap when a single-stud connection needs an insulating cover in a marine electrical system. It is suited to high-amperage termination points found on alternators, starters, windlasses, and similar equipment. The red PVC cover helps identify the insulated connection and provides separation around the stud area. Before installation, confirm that the stud configuration, available clearance, and cable size match the 4014 specifications. This component is intended for electrical connection insulation rather than for replacing proper terminal installation, fastening, or circuit protection.
