This is the FRT the Kabuto platform has been waiting for: the first true all-metal Kabuto — a 100% CNC machined all-metal body and housing, cut in Dallas, Texas by the same shop behind our best-selling Kabuto Metal Ambi. The 316 stainless steel 3-position ambidextrous selector is polished and bead-blasted for a glass-smooth throw. No printed housing. No polymer anywhere in the fire control path. This is the Kabuto design executed at the quality level it always deserved, and nobody has done it this well.

Why All-Metal Changes Everything

Anyone who has run printed-kit Kabutos knows the two failure points by heart: the printed selector that snaps like a toothpick, and the printed housing that shears off at the shelf. Every part of this unit is cut from solid metal on a CNC machine — not metal-printed, not polymer, machined. That means:

• The selector can take real torque — and glides doing it. 316 stainless steel, polished and bead-blasted for smoothness, full 3-position control from both sides of the receiver — Safe, Semi, and Forced Reset (assisted reset) mode — with detents that stay crisp instead of wallowing out.
• Bearing steel main pin. The highest-stress pivot in the system, running on the material bearings are made from.
• The housing shrugs off the bolt carrier. No shelf shear, no layer-line fractures, no heat softening under sustained fire.
• Tolerances that only machining delivers. CNC-cut engagement surfaces mean a consistent reset, cycle after cycle, for the life of the rifle.
