A mirror-polished titanium nitride bolt carrier group built to mil-spec where it counts, finished to a standard most carriers never see.
Most "polished" carriers are a coating sprayed over a rough part. This one is polished before processing and polished again after, so the shine comes from the metal underneath rather than from the finish hiding what is beneath it. Run it in a side-cut or clear receiver and it is the first thing anyone notices about the build.
Underneath the finish it is a serious carrier. Shot peened and magnetic particle inspected 9310 bolt, 8620 carrier, tool steel extractor, shrouded firing pin, and a mil-spec 4130 gas key fastened with Grade 8 hardware and properly staked. Full M16 cut, so it runs forced reset triggers without modification.

- Full M16 cut. A semi-auto profile carrier will not run a forced reset trigger. This one is the correct profile out of the box, no trimming and no guessing.
- Slicker cycling. Titanium nitride is a hard, low-friction ceramic coating. Less drag through the receiver means a more consistent return stroke, which is exactly what a forced reset trigger depends on.
- Properly staked gas key. Grade 8 hardware, staked the way it should be. A gas key that loosens under hard cycling is the quiet cause of a lot of FRT problems.
- Tested bolt. The 9310 bolt is shot peened and MPI tested, so the part taking the most abuse has been checked for flaws rather than assumed good.
- Carbon wipes off. The polished surface does not hold fouling like phosphate. Most cleanups take a rag and a few minutes.

Works with: standard mil-spec AR-15 uppers in .223, 5.56 NATO and 300 Blackout, running direct impingement gas. Correct profile for forced reset triggers and Super Safety style systems that require an M16 carrier.
Does not fit: AR-10, .308 and LR-308 platforms. Piston systems use a different carrier entirely.
