The Stone Creek™ Standard Split Willow Creel offers traditional fly-fishing style in a slightly smaller, lightweight, and highly functional design. Handcrafted from durable split willow, this classic creel is built for anglers who appreciate timeless outdoor gear and dependable streamside performance.
Equipped with a comfortable webbing shoulder strap, it’s ready for long days on the water while maintaining the classic appearance of traditional fishing creels.
Unlike rattan, which comes from a wood-like vine, willow is harvested from flexible branches traditionally used in wicker weaving for generations. Because willow naturally grows in wet environments, it offers excellent resistance to moisture and decay, making it an ideal material for functional fishing creels.
The result is a durable, long-lasting creel designed to be enjoyed for years both on and off the water.
