Single-step climbing aider that adds reach between climbs and keeps foot placement more secure on the way up.

Built for saddle hunters and climbers who want a lighter, simpler aid for gaining extra height, this step uses a stiff 7/32-inch rope construction that helps the loop hold its shape. The reinforced hose section helps keep the step open, making it easier to place a boot quickly when climbing. At 22 inches long and 2.16 ounces, it adds climb height without adding much bulk to your pack.

  • Single-step aider design helps increase climbing height with fewer sticks or shorter reaches.
  • 7/32-inch stiff rope construction retains memory, which helps the step stay open for faster foot placement.
  • Reinforced hose section supports the step opening, improving access when moving upward.
  • Snug rope fit provides additional grip with minimal slip for a more confident step.
  • 22-inch length and 2.16-ounce weight keep the setup compact and easy to carry.
  • 2,650 lb tensile strength gives the aider a strong working profile for climbing use.
When paired with climbing sticks, this aider is made to extend your reach and reduce the number of climbs needed to gain hunting height. The stiff rope construction helps the step stay oriented, so you spend less time fishing for a loop and more time moving. That makes it a practical choice for mobile hunters who want a compact, pack-friendly accessory for tree-stand or saddle setups. Its lightweight build also works well for setups where every ounce matters. The simple single-step format keeps the design straightforward while still adding useful height where it counts.
